Using the drill press, i bored a hole in a piece of 2x4 to act as a guide and clamped it in place. Thus i have square holes running 3 inside the edges of the bench. The bit is still very sharp. It is designed for a top that is 36 inches wide with 3/4 inch holes every 4 inches.
