Death Note Template

Death Note Template - I’d love to learn more as well. It is easier to create smart phrases with the entire template complete except some very basic details (left/right/exact site/complication) that you can highlight. Of course, it's been well over a year and a half since i spent any time at the va (hooray for peds!), so i couldn't begin to tell you how to do it. This probably saved me two hours of note writing daily. I seem to remember in the vista system, there was some way you could create a template that included form data, and if you did it right, the system would simply pull the results into your note. Also, just using the ecw mobile dictation and pushing through.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Now the super cool thing about this template is your can fit it in your white coat pocket on a reduced size clipboard (officemax ~$2). Combining these techniques with dragon speak for complicated patients made ahlta worked well. If i was sent a note to sign, i simply sign it (per cmg policy) without an attestation. Can anyone please help me or possible provide me with one. And then the name of the template.

If I Was Sent A Note To Sign, I Simply Sign It (Per Cmg Policy) Without An Attestation.

A code note that ends in death should be a usual code note w/ the outcome noted. I initially thought pull down lists were great, but still takes longer than necessary.
