I used to have multiple terribly formated docs to organise all the things needed for play. A couple years ago i created a notion template for tracking, well, just about everything you could possibly want in a d&d campaign. I whipped up this harptos calendar document in google drive that allowed me to easily share the phases of the moon (sourced from the official forgotten realms calendar tool) and make collaborative notes with my party members. If you have access to any official campaigns, you can then use them as a template, depending on the style of campaign you and your players are after. Permissions already set up to keep each campaign separate within the same server.
