I can put in things like fuel prices, pine needle costs, lawn size for fert calculations, labor costs, shrub pruning and number of times.all kinds of stuff. Non payment of remaining balance will result in the continuation of the contract, services and payment for performance of services. guys will be like, that won't hold up in court for xyz reason. $80 per hour for lawn mowing services. Your contract honestly should only be made to have clear understanding and expectations between you and the client.

I Have And Use A Very Detailed Two Page Contract That Outlines Everything That Will Be Done On The Property And The Times It Will Be Provided.
