Snow Removal Contract Template - I have a 100% commercial client list. One sheet for each site, multiple columns for dates in case storm went multiple days. I've been a sub for about five years and i'm venturing off on my own. Prices starting as low as $125 for walk clearing and driveway/parking areas. Anyone using anything like this?? I'm new to this snow plowing business and my landlord is offering me there snow removal on several different property's ranging from 1 unit to 30 units she is asking me to give her a proposal and i'm not sure what to charge can any one help me figure cost for blowing walks and plowing most jobs i'm guessing will only take 15min to 45 to plow and 30min to 90 min to blow.
Columns may be for labor and material (50lb bags), other col like plow, spread, snow blower, manual spread, shovel. Ice formations, placed or stored snow, or melted run off that may cause injury or physical peril related to contracted services of snow removal. The Snow Contractor Will Not Plow Within 1 Foot From Any Parked Vehicles, Equipment Or Other Obstructions In Parking Lots, Driveways Or Other Areas Being Cleared Of Snow.
